To get this working this is what I had to do: Extract all the files from the original download file into any file you prefer. Run setup - copy crack from where you extracted - copy & replace into program install destination.

I couldn't get the mounted language packs to copy into rosetta so I burnt them using just Windows 7 'burn 2 Disc' feature onto a DVD+rw. When the program is started up DO NOT connect to the internet. Good idea to disconnect from interent entirely during inital setup & cracking. It will ask for a language pack & automatically scans for packs on CD / DVD.

Works a treat, although does say packs are limited due to not being activated but yet to see a problem. Good Work Harry:). @ardera If I were you I would download revounistaller ( google it ) & delete the current rosetta you have installed using the advanced removal option. This insure no trace of this on your drive.

Then install this as described & make sure that you uncheck the 'start after installation' box, otherwise you are screwed & will have 2 start again. Make you get the crack in correctly & do not whatever you do, have the internet connected intially as it tries to sneak a couple of internet checks. Btw it has been said not all the packs work like I said b4 put them on disc first instead of a virtual drive as I had trouble when doing this trying Magic Disc & Ultra Iso. I found Version 3 Hindi!! I have literally downloaded hundreds upon hundreds of files over the last 6 months or so and none of them panned out. All were really Version 2.

Once again, I continued my search and tonight I hit paydirt. I came across Hindi files at General Search.

I thought for sure it would be another BS set of files. Well, my friends, I was pleasantly surprised.

Look for Hindi at General Search and you will find all 3 of them complete with Audio Companion. Merry Christmas! It will take some time to download but it's well worth it.

I understand your apprehension and I share it in many ways. For example, I don't have any idea how many times I have been told that a language pack is truly Version 3 but after I download it, turns out it is Version 2. Very frustrating. If not that problem, there was the issue of the package being plain old garbage that didn't even work. The directory structure was all wrong and it simply wasn't even close to being the correct product. It wasn't Version anything it was just junk. Complete waste of time.

I hate when people do that. Well, I wouldn't think of wasting people's time in that fashion. This is the real thing, no question about it. To the best of my knowledge (and I've done my research) there are.NO. v3 Farsi (Persian).iso files on the interwebs (as of this date). The fact that it's listed as 'Farsi V3 Level 1 - 2' is a give away that it's v2 (I haven't seen an.iso that has multiple levels). If this is what you're looking for, don't disappoint yourself with this (and related) downloads.Secondly, and this is addressed to you true-blue pirates out there, if someone could distribute even the first level of the v3 Farsi, I would not be the only one in your debt.

I meant the Rosetta Stone site. Sorry for not clarifying on that. I never said I had it, just that if you go to the site, and you go to the Farsi page, it shows all the editions they have. It has those levels I mentioned in my previous post. I had went through as was wondering how much this torrent was really worth and came by it then.@DuhChick.They ask you to activate them, but just click 'Activate Later' and you will still be able to use the full version.

Also, never update this program.^^. Hi guys, i really want to learn hindi, but i constantly am getting errors. I have downloaded many RS versions. I downloaded the versions before 3.2.11 but that gives the 9114 error when i try to install the language. So then i try the 3.2.11 version and it gives me a message saying i need an update and does not install. Then when i get the versions 3.3.5 and 3.4.5 they dont detect the hindi language cd, which i have mounted on to a virtual disk usind daemon tools. Any idea on how i may fix this problem????

Here's more info. After installing JAP 1 & 2, I shut off my computer. Then I immediately turned it back on and tried the JAP 3 to find this error.My tracking.db3 file situation:I read that some people were having problems with a blank grey screen after they deleted tracking.db3. In one forum, one genius guy says he renamed the file to now be tracking.db3.old.I tried exactly that and that is how I got it working, because before doing that, I had a different problem (database is out of date).So now, I've restarted my computer and I see that a NEW tracking.db3 file has automatically been created alongside my tracking.db3.old file. Maybe I just need to delete the new.db3 that will likely pop up every time I restart my vista, that is whenever I want to install a new.isoThank you!

I could only progress so far with this program before I felt frustrated and had to purchase some Kiswahili grammar and conversational text guides to keep learning. Also, they don't offer much native visual or cultural context to the areas you might actually use this language in, which is something even my college-level Spanish and German courses stressed (for example, ).Rosetta Stone also hasn't released an update or improved this product in any way (they've been on Version 2 for a few years now), yet they have raised the price by at least 5% since I purchased it in spring of 2008. I get the feeling that Rosetta Stone is lazily and haughtily leaning on its reputation and market share in the absence of other strong competitors. I would give this product 3 stars if it weren't for the increasing price on an aging product.I also should note that the DVD surfaces are coated with a heavy yellow paint which can cause an unbalanced disc and catching in some DVD drives. My disc gets caught every time I eject (on two different DVD drives now, one a Sony, the other a LITE-ON) and it scratched the foil clear through, affecting DVD performance. I contacted Rosetta Stone's customer service for a replacement disc, and they were quite rude and abrupt and told me they will not issue you a replacement disc unless you can prove you originally purchased it NEW (so don't count on any replacement of used versions purchased from used book stores or eBay).

I have used my Rosetta Stone Swahili program while also using many different textbooks, and now a tutor. I think that Rosetta Stone Swahili is an excellent way to start learning the language.

There are many rules to learn that I could not get and do not expect to obtain from just the Rosetta Stone program alone. It is great to look at the pictures and hear the pronunciations from a native speaker. Dont expect to be a native speaker from this product alone.

I speak 4 languages, 2 fluently and the other 2 well enough to carry on a conversation. I've used Plimsleur courses and absolutely think they are the best and fastest way to learn a language. As I am trying to learn KiSwahili, I had already completed the Pimsleur basic course and was looking to try something else since Pimseleur doesn't carry an advanced course in Swahili.I ordered the Rosetta Stone course and returned it the same day I received it. First of all, by phone, they promised me it would also come with CD's that I could listen to in the car.it did not. The headphones made my ears sore right away, and the things they want you to learn are ridiculous! Who going to Kenya or Tanzania needs to learn the word, ball, or horse? Plus, since the entire course is in KiSwahili and there are no subtitiles, it's not clear if the word they are trying to teach means, little boy, child, teenager, or.THEN.even though they didn't provide me with what they promised, they made ME pay for return shipping.I think Rosetta Stone was trying an illegal 'bait & switch' scheme by offering me something in order to get my money and then not providing it.
